I am blown away by this company When it looked like the bracelets we ordered weren t going to make it in time because they had been delayed Texas they contacted FedEx and upgraded the order to overnight so that they arrived in time The prayer cards and bracelets turned out really nice Everyone was impressed with the velvet finish for the prayer cards On top of good products and shipping times they really know about grief The emails they have sent have been so supportive and provided some really helpful ideas and support for dealing with the grief Leah was super nice and dealt with my emotions in such a kind way You really have to be a special person to do this job because our emotions are all over the place and our minds are not all there Grief brain is a real thing that doctors have said makes it hard to focus and you have brain fog I am beyond grateful for this company and pray God continues to bless them for the work they are doing to help people They actually CARE and in this day and age that is PRICELESS

My picture of my mother had a small mistake of the year she passed When I notified the company they helped get it fixed and returned to me within 24 hours Never thought I would get so emotional but I did Funeral Prints went above and beyond and my family and I are so grateful to them and all their efforts Thank you so much

Funeral Prints did an amazing job of correcting the snafu caused by the delivery folks who bent the original poster They immediately sent out a new poster that arrived prior to the funeral service so I was very relieved as we wanted everything to be as perfect as it could be for the family Thank You and will definitely use your services in the future
