Not something I was looking forwards to sorting in my life but it happens to us all one day I never thought sorting it would be so easy Sam you are reassuring right from the start You made me feel at ease and we even laughed along the way I would recommend plan with grace to anyone and everyone Absolutely amazing service thankyou so so much Such a big hurdle for us all to have to do Thankyou Sam so much for all your help

After a very poor experience with the Co-op direct cremation service which I only set up last week I made a telephone enquiry about a few things I think that the operator who I spoke with is working to close to the embalming chemicals I have now taken out a policy with Plan with Grace who were most efficient with settling up a policy

My wife and i set up our policies 2 years ago 100 satisfied with their service
My wife and set up our policies 2 years agoand not expecting the need to use either one of then for many years but sadly my wife passed away on the 22nd February 24 Totally unexpected On contacting Lisa she explained what would happen and just leave everything to her She phoned me back with information of when the funeral directors would be collecting my wife from the hospital and when the cremation would take place All happened as she said it would I would Totally 100 recommend PlanWith Grece and feel confident that when I need their services in future they will takeThe same care with me has theyhave with my wife Thank you Lise for your help and support throughout this difficult time
