Avoid this company at all cost
Avoid this company at all cost Ordered an item and I wasn t satisfied with the quality of the product so emailed them and asked if I could return it for a refund They responded quickly to my email saying this was ok however having posted the item back in its original condition at my expense after two weeks still no refund and strangely they are not responding to my emails anymore Don t waste your money

Ordered from these Friday am for next day delivery even next day postage would of been nice Told it was posted Nothing ever arrived No response from emails Had to create a case on pay pal to get a small fee back when communication may of resolved

Royal Family Masks
I came across this company very last minute before a jubilee party Ordered some Royal family masks The service was excellent great communication Sadly due to our very lazy post man I didn t receive them for the party despite Anthony doing his best to get sent out for that date I have only just collected from our local royal mail delivery depot due to illness thankfully before they were sent back I am really impressed with the quality They are really fun too They will certainly come in useful no doubt for the next royal celebration I am looking forward to ordering more fun merchandise soon I highly recommend this company
