After 10 years working with Funnel our experience has ended on a disappointing note Due to financial difficulties we requested to cancel the service 20 days before the automatic renewal However we were informed that according to their policy we should have given 30 days notice While we understand the importance of contractual terms what s most disheartening is the lack of flexibility and empathy Even after making it clear that we do not want to continue using the service they are forcing us to maintain the contract for another year something we neither need nor can afford at this time It s unfortunate that after such a long relationship they have not shown a more understanding or human approach toward a loyal customer Recommendation If you decide to work with Funnel we strongly recommend canceling the automatic renewal as soon as you sign the contract just in case
