Very dishonest seller
In July of last year I purchased a refurbished laptop from this seller who advertised a 12-month warranty Regrettably one of the keys detached from the keyboard As I had also purchased accidental damage insurance I promptly contacted the insurer regarding the problem However that claim was denied as the insurer determined that the problem was a problem defect and the responsibility of the seller Although the seller asserted that he had issued a return label this transpired to be a lie Next the seller subsequently claimed that the defect was caused by misuse which is entirely false Before making any purchases from this disreputable individual I strongly advise potential customers to thoroughly review the reviews posted by other customers on A n Notably 30 of these reviews spanning the past 12 months are negative
