I wouldn t give even 1 star Fraudulent company website indicates free delivery but I was charged 55 in shipping fees inside Netherlands delivery from Paris costs 43 when s on website is listed delivery till apartment but a representative from the company who identified herself as the manager Amelie claimed the courier leaves the delivery at the entrance of the building and does not bring it up to the apartment first floor only 8 stairs According to the manager Amelie 55 euros is free delivery they give The manager has the audacity to argue with me claiming delivery is free when I pay 55 for delivery in Netherlands to my apartment This nothing but misliding information In addition I ordered a living room table on 20 5 2023 I was supposed to receive it on 3 6 2023 but Furnified was negligent and deleted my address and sent the table I paid for to another address in Antwerp Again I had to wait until 16 6 2023 in order to receive the table but this time the company failed as well and I received a table in a different color than the one I ordered and the box still had an address in Antwerp If that s not enough their courier called more than 5 times and couldn t understand Google Maps navigation sent to him with instructions He also entered my apartment with his wife wearing traditional clothing covers the entire body Stay away from this company at all costs Worst customer service careless misleading service BAD

Item not received neither refund
Order 2666 not received even after 2 weeks of order neither tracking link received despite multiple chats with help desk no response no contact number to reach one final response from help desk received asking if they have to cancel order which I agreed but no refund received so far even aftera week of cancellation

not even 1 star for the second time I ordered something at this shop the first time they delivered a couch with 1 person I had to help to get the couch in myself the second time the delivery of a marble table was made downstairs even though I paid for the delivery the table did not fit into the elevator and the customer service said I could not return the table they even said I have to pay another eu 99 for the return of the table this is not in their terms of delivery and returns never have I experienced such a bad customer service I paid in advance for the table almost eu 999 with the delivery I kept my part of the deal they do not keep their part of the deal What a lousy company this is

Terrible Service
Terrible Service I ordered a sideboard in Feburary with the expected delivery date in 12 weeks After following up with the team apparently it will only be delivered to the warehouse end of June no idea when the actual delivery date would be I have tried cancelling this order with a refund but until now no response yet My second order I did directly at the store in Knokke paid the amount of 1k directly with the promise it will be delivered in 2 weeks as it is in stock AFter askign about this product as well it was said that the expected delivery date would be in two more weeks a total of 4 weeks waiting time I dont receive proper feedback from the team as I barely receive a response and I hope that I will get my money back for the first order On top of that deliveries will be made only to the front door not to the apartment how am I a woman alone going to carry a 1m20 sideboard up 5 floors Never again am I buying here as the service and delivery is total unreliable and the delivery dates are completley made up in my opinion Then I will spend more money on real furniture or buy from WESTWING only as they proivde top notch service and fast deliveries

I ve ordered a table 1300 who arrived with a big defect and a bump I ve send some picture and you can t miss the big bump on it But the brand is laughing at me telling me all products are uniques and there are some color variations so eveything is normal What a good excuse to not help me I have to send emails and emails and they reply like 1 3 times

After telling the delivery time became 14 to 16 weeks instead of 2 to 4 i was offered to cancel the order Now I m waiting a refund of a thousand euro since 2 weeks and customer service can t do anything about it Wouldn t recommend it

Nice pieces of furniture but terrible service Only one piece was delivered on time and was broken I have been waiting for weeks for that one to be replaced and the other pieces delivered although the total amount was paid months ago Some pieces have even not been ordered yet to the supplier apparently I initially received a few replies and excuses from the customer service but now they don t even dare reply to my emails I will contact a lawyer

I purchase an expensive couch but delivery times promised on the website of 5 to 7 days were completly not true so was schocked They were not proactively contacting me about the resons of the delay I had to chase them every week After many enquiries and not clear reason I lost my trust on the company an requested a refound I read a lot of this reviews on trust pilot and mostly about the same issue therefore I think they do not have stock when you order they order from their factory in china They are not professional as you would expect so I would definitely not recommend to go through what I have been trough
