Prompt delivery
The website I viewed to order my furniture was easy to navigate I booked what I wanted and very surprised that I was given a delivery date for 6 days later I was kept informed about the delivery time it was delivered on time The delivery men were polite and helpful installed my furniture and cleared up in about 15 minutes I was pleased with the item It is well made and looks good I would definitely use this firm again I got their details from a relative who was also happy with her purchase

WOW Incredible customer service
I bought my shabby chic bed which was incredibly solid and well made 3 years ago after a house move we lost all the screws to out it back together I called customer service to purchase a new pack and they have just sent me all I need at no charge Wow what an incredible company

Love my Tallboy chest
Love my Tallboy chest Absolutely beautiful tallboy chest There was a small issue with the first chest that arrived it wasn t the colour white I thought it would be it was more grey I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and replaced the tallboy chest with the colour chest I wanted this was done in the first week The delivery guys where extremely helpful they took the chest up the stairs and unpack and re packed the packaged they even took the rubbish away they were very happy and bubbly and a pleasure to talk to Overall experience with this company both office and delivery GREAT
