Happy with my purchase

I am very happy with my three piece suite and the service provided ordering payment delivery The guys at Haynes Furnitures were very approachable and helpful and kept me well informed regarding the progress of my order The delivery of my suite was also handled efficiently and the delivery guys Dan and Darren were very friendly and helpful

Very easy to deal with

The ordering was very good able to wander round the shop and try all the furniture until we found the one that suited us Lots of colour choices good or bad not sure Took a while to get but not their fault by this time the world had gone mad covid Delivery was excellent two very helpful men who put the furniture exactly where we wanted it and made sure we were completely happy with everything All this at an excellent price thankyou

Great service Once item had been delivered to store I was informed of the delivery date to my home with a couple of hours time slot Arrived well within the allocated time by courteous and efficient delivery men I would look at using this company again when buying furniture if the price was as competitive as this purchase

Really good selection of furniture at very reasonable prices Delivery was as arranged and the men were really polite First rate highly recommended and have already ordered more items

Outstanding Experience

The whole experience from pricing ordering and delivery was outstanding When the furniture was ready for delivery about 4 weeks earlier than expected they were very flexible and took away the old suite as we hadn t time to arrange disposal locally The whole team was professional and very friendly I wholeheartedly recommend this company

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery I had to delay delivery and this wasn t a problem for them Day of delivery was just as good drivers rang me 15 minutes out The drivers were polite and a credit to the company they even gave me advice on product care The biggest plus though is the price the table and chairs were far cheaper than anywhere else I looked Will definitely do business with you again

Absolutely first class service from the very first day Nothing was a problem from the choice of furniture and the selection of fabrics time consuming yes but not at the expense of the interest and care that was so very helpful Received delivery today and was again treated with the utmost respect and care A level of customer care that can so often be overlooked so all I can do is to speak as I find and give a 5 star reviewWell Done
