Nice pants shirt but cheap synthethic mislabeled overcoat

Ordered pants shirt and an overcoat The shirts and pants were better than I expected However the overcoat was incorrectly labeled according to the listing it was 80 cashmere 20 PA What I received was listed as 55 wool 35 PA and 10 cashmere Under any direct light it glitters like a cheap polyesther piece which is sad as the design fit and finish itself is good but due to this it looks like cheap trash

I was in Livorno and spotted a fabulous looking polo in the Luigi Fusaro shop I went in and tried it on and it was perfect Not too thick cotton I bought a beige one in XXL which I instantly loved and as I walked away to my cruise ship I wished I had bought more When back in the UK I asked Luigi could they post to the UK When it was a yes I paid via PayPal and ordered four polo s Great comms and really reasonable postage and they arrived today just over a week after ordering They are excellent and I am made up with them Thank you Luigi Fusaro I will definitely order from you again

I bought some pants in the Verona store by finding the brand by coincidence when visiting And liked them so much I wanted to order the same pants in another colour Ordered 2 pants and received the wrong ones that was also a bit too small my fault Sent customer service a picture of those I had bought in Verona Got help to find the correct ones Returned the wrong ones I ordered When received I got a question if I wanted a gift card or refund Opted for gift card with 10 discount and ordered again including some other clothes And now waiting for rhe new shipment Customer service was very kind quick and helpful Shipment arrived fast Return went fast without any issues Very happy I hope the quality of the clothes are as good over time as they seem to be as new I will definitely shop more clothes from this brand
