Went to the Newport store as we previous purchased a sofa here a few years ago Friendly and helpful staff that are not pushy Andrew Lynne was very helpful and patient Plenty of choice overall a good experience

The barnstaple showroom is excellent

David at the Barnstaple showroom was excellent He allowed us plenty of time to sample the multitude of beds on offer in the showroom and was knowledgeable when we had questions After a minor hiccup in the ordering process which was fixed without any fuss we received our new bed in good time and the delivery team were brilliant as well Despite them having their own issues with couriers communication was clear and proactive I would recommend FWHomestores and use again in the future

Great service huge range of furniture

We d been looking for sofas that would fit in our lounge for months and months size wise and colour wise when we found the perfect pair in the Barnstaple store We made our purchase with the help of Martin who provided useful info re delivery times etc Highly recommend visiting the Barnstaple store huge range and Martin is very helpful without being at all pushy
