My MT 4 platform was crashed due to many open currenties at the same time Ms Envangelia Spanopoulou was immediatelly involved connected me to the right FXCM professional who provided detailed instruction to resolve the issue As a result MT4 platform came back tonormal without having any negative effect to my account
