I m not at all technical but my son is a techno geek so the gadget subscription is the perfect gift When placing the order I checked the wrong box The support team were brilliant - even when I messed it up for the second time They responded quickly and sorted everything out without making me feel silly or dumb 1st class service for a brilliant product A huge shout out to Hazel She took ownership of the issue she kept me informed and updated at every stage and went above and beyond She has the patience of a saint and was my super hero

I purchased the Gadget Discovery Club subscription for my husband for Christmas He loved the idea and the first box did not disappoint He especially loved the charger Compact and easy to use and completely portable

I have only had 1 gadget box so far and am thrilled to bits with 1st free box You generally get 4 boxes a year but you can reduce the amount if you want This is great anticipation waiting for your box and very exciting opening the Gadget box I m saying yes go for it

My mystery birthday gift

The ordering process was pretty straightforward delivery was on time as stated once the despatch notice was received Packaging was impressive very professional The subscription was taken out as a gift and has only just been passed on so I ve not had personal experience of my mystery gift

It s like mini birthdays

It s been very easy to set up so far the gadgets I have received have all been useful fun to have or can always be gifted to others It s nice to have that excitement every now and then to have a surprise it s like mini birthdays
