Having given up on 2 national operators friends put us on to Gair Gas a local company We had reservations after our experiences these last few years but best decision in many years The team are efficient qualified polite and it has been a pleasure to have been a customer Keep up the great work and thank you again today

Kieran arrived in good time was polite Got on with changing our kitchen mixer tap cartridges after turning off our water Kieran left our house tidy Tested our mixer tap to make sure the tap was no longer dripping

Boiler and Radiator Replacement

From the initial visit by Andy I felt reasured that Gair gas were the right company for me to carry out the works Just friendly advice from Andy to my suggestions of what I wanted Quote arrived within budget allowed and so after a few minor changes and additions on my part which where accomodated without fuss Phil Sukedev and Tyler arrirved on time and set about covering and protecting all areas they would be working in Despite a few unforseable issues when removing the old system work was completed to a high standard Very happy with the work and more than happy to recommend

Annual visit by Gair Gas

The two gas engineers came promptly at the time agreed for the annual maintenance and clean of our central heating boiler They were clean and tidy efficient and ready to answer any questions Both clearly took a pride in their work We continue to be extremely happy to use Gair Gas with every confidence

We came home after the Christmas

We came home after the Christmas holiday to a cold house with broken boiler Having contacted Gair that evening they sent a plumber the next day who got the boiler going checked it out and ordered the parts needed for permanent repairs They were back in days and we re professional and efficient with the work and left us more than satisfied with their plumbers work Would have no problems calling them again

Prompt re-visit to sort out the faulty Hive thermostat

Our boiler service was done promptly and efficiently however the Hive thermostat lost connection to the controller during the service I only noticed this the next morning when we had no hot water I was so pleased that Gair Gas arranged the technician to re-visit us as soon as possible that day and he reset the controllers to get them to communicate with the Hive thermostat again Those thermostats seem to have many modes of failure

Use Gairgas gor an effective and efficient service

I ve always used Gairgas to do my annual boiler servicing I find they are effective and efficient at keeping everything up to top-level My recent engineer Sam found an issue with my gas supply and immediately contacted an engineer to come and fix it Dave came and installed the faulty part at my gas meter to rectify the problem So all is now good for another year Thanks guys - Throughly recommend Gairgas as the company to use for your needs

Had Gair out a few times most recently for a replacement boiler Always been good engineers with decent personalities and communication skills Dealing with their HQ has been good too Recommended
