We bought the alert system for my 94 yr

We bought the alert system for my 94 yr old father and he s never had an issue with calling in each month to check in to make sure the system is working I have never had a problem with the yearly paying system

Very positive experience overall

I was looking for a medical alert system for my Mom who has mobility issues and a risk of falling I checked the internet for options and Galaxy Medical Alert Systems was rated highly I like the fact that I did not need to buy the equipment the entire transaction could be completed online shipping was fast and free easy installation and great online and phone support One of the few negatives was the contract started when the order was placed and not when the service was activated or when the equipment arrived Since I could not install right away because I had to do it at my mom s place I used up about a week s worth of service before the service was even activated

Fall detection works extremely well

They were quick to explain all of our questions regarding the system The system itself works very well and will give our family peace of mind We had to get the voice extender but it works well and my mother can be heard throughout the house

Answered all my questions polite knowledgeable Sensitive system but no problem you do get used to it I wear it to bed at night as I do get up to washroom I feel very secure and comfortable wear my beeper My family and friends no longer have to worry about me being out and about With GPS they will always find me

The customer service rep was helpful and knowledgeable about the product which made our decision easy Set-up was easy as per guide We had a small issue with key box which was replaced within days

Very helpful customer service from day 1 I called to get information when deciding on an alert system and the agent I think he was the owner was very helpful and kind The pricing is fair and the support is great When installing I had to call for support and they helped me out right away

Great Front End Service

So far my experience with Galaxy has been quite positive They helped me understand the various alert options available so that I could choose the most appropriate device for my mother I had to exchange the first device I selected as it turned out to be not the ideal solution for my mother s needs Galaxy sent me a different device immediately and allowed me to return the initial device as soon as I was able to I cannot comment on the quality of the response yet since there hasn t been a need and hoping it remains that way The only downside to the home phone system is that the speaker on the tabletop unit is not very clear During the testing stage the voice was difficult to comprehend Fortunately the alert does not solely rely on the ability to clearly understand the voice on the tabletop speaker device There is some room for improvement with respect to the quality of the speakers
