I ordered the Galiano Raptor White
I ordered the Galiano Raptor White Black shoes on 5 7 22 The website stated shipping was 3-5 days When I received the tracking info from Skynet Italy about 2 weeks after the order was placed I tried tracking the package but there was no tracking info on the order I followed up with Galiano customer service every week since receiving the tracking info and even tried following up with the shipping company I have several saved emails showing our correspondances but as of 6 28 22 I still have not received my order I have requested a full refund 3 times from Galiano since last Friday and have not received a confirmation that this is happening This is all really frustrating as I was really excited with my purchase but this has been a very disapointing process with Galiano Additionally since Galiano does not provide a phone number and only an email to contact them once an email is sent you have to wait 24 hours for a response

What kind of service is that
I sent an email the 09 09 22 and I never received an answer The email was about delivery costs On the webside it is mentioned Shipping is free of charge throughout Europe for orders equal or over 100 00 euro but for an article which costs 172 8 euros and for a delivery to Greece an extra delivery cost of 23 euros is demanded Till now no explaination
