Unacceptable Delay and No Shipping Updates
It has been two weeks since I placed my order, and I am still waiting for it to arrive. The tracking information has not updated at all, which is extremely frustrating. I needed the items as a gift, so this delay has been very disappointing. I have contacted customer support by email and am currently awaiting their response.

Poor Quality Posters and Terrible Customer Service I ordered three black-and-white posters in December, but what arrived were gray prints with a noticeable purple tint — far from what was advertised. Paying over 100€ for this is unacceptable. Customer service has been extremely disappointing. Despite sending photos showing the issue, they offered no real solution, no feedback from their graphic designer, and no resolution. The return process feels nonexistent, and the company is unprofessional and not customer-focused. I would recommend choosing a different poster company with better quality and service.

3-6 days more like 3-6 months shipping
Reading these reviews it seems like these guys have a big thing of time management I ordered something on 14th December with the promise of 3-6 day shipping perfect just in time for Christmas you d think I still haven t received my item Which is even more annoying as their standard shipping is 7 Robbing So that s brilliant I have messaged the company THREE times with no response brilliant customer service But strangely all of their reviews on their website are good 4 8 stars out of 5 Hm and who was rating this exactly the owner and his mom Total flake I will NOT be purchasing from them ever again I will be making a claim with my bank against them as their customer service team must be in the same place as my parcel NOWHERE TO BE SEEM

They don t understand what delivery time means
Was convinced to order from Gallerix due to the advertised 3 to 6 days shipping on their site to the UK Unfortunately this is absolutely not true as they fail to notify you that there are 3 days of processing prior to shipping All in all fedex are scheduled to deliver on the 10th day I m now unable to gift this for xmas as planned as it did not arrive in the advertised time Customer support were no help either just stating that there is in-fact delivery of 6 days - wait for it - after the 3 days of processing Guys if I order and it takes 10 days to get to me it s 10 days shipping You are false advertising What planet are these guys on Looks like many others have had issues with shipping too Avoid

Promised a refund and never gave me one
UPDATE I ordered from these guys on 14th December with 3-6 day shipping Item never came I had contact company multiple times with no success UNTIL I wrote a trust pilot review then they suddenly were happy to help Lol Loool as if I couldn t think this company could get any worse The company promised they d issued a refund to me on 26 12 2023 I didn t receive the parcel until the 3rd January 2024 Yup I ordered it on 14th December I had not received a refund so messaged them yesterday to see what s going on Thank you for your email Upon checking your package has been successfully delivered to you So we cannot issue a refund if the package has already been received so they LIED on the 26th Dec saying they d refund me as they would have only got the information of the parcel being delivered NINE DAYS AFTER I actually can not believe how terrible this company is
