Beware Scam Artists
This is a review for galleryfurniture com au who have made it very difficult to leave any sort of feedback for them online apologies to the store of the same name in Texas Gallery Furniture is a scam operation I feel like an absolute moron for ordering with them as in hindsight there s no evidence of a real store on the website and no way to leave a review despite the glowing reviews on the front page They will take your order and your money and then string you along for months going on 9 now with order delays moving stores floods warehouse mixups and any other creative delay tactic available if they speak to you at all Forget about trying to get a response via email or the contact form on their website I ve reported them to NSW FTC who were able to get a promise of a refund out of them but now of course I ve gotten no response from them re the refund or the money and I doubt I ever will Don t give them your money

Gallery Furniture are a SCAM
Paid for some vases in March they never arrived They never answer their phone they don t respond to their live concierge or emails Bombarded their Facebook page with complaints to get an email with a delivery date of late May to early June But guess what - they never arrived It s now July and I ve lodged complaints with the ACCC and Fair Trading They are a SCAM save your money and don t buy from these guys And an open invitation to Gallery Furniture to sue me if anything above is not true

Please do not buy from Gallery furniture They are a scam I have been waiting 11 months for my ottoman They do not pick up the phone or answer emails I went out to there showroom it was locked up it was in a block of small warehouses Neighbours have never seen them These people should be in jail N
