Save yourself the bother and shop with someone that actually cares Waited 11 days for a response for a faulty product complaint - after 2 online bot conversations and was asked for all of my details again Couldn t be bothered to pursue in the end Will just shop elsewhere

Awful customer service policy when items go missing Spend your money elsewhere
Ordered from Game received tracking which was created but never scanned at the depot I ve managed e-commerce business s for 4 years so can tell when something s gone wrong 99 of the time this has been missed by warehouse staff on the pickwave so was never packed I ve been in touch 3 times throughout the last week and each time I have been told to wait 5 working days for the investigation with Hermes to conclude I also didn t receive an email to say a ticket had been raised or definitively when they d have an answer To expect customers to wait an additional week on top of the time they ve already waited for the package to arrive to even start actioning replacement orders or refunds just isn t on Sad to see how fast this business has been going downhill since Mike Ashley took it over

Purchased a PS5 console
Purchased a PS5 console extra controller and three games and unfortunately the extra controller was never delivered Contacted GAME via chat bot service which just keeps asking you for the same information over again I have emailed no real response just the standard we have received your email My son could not play with his brother on his birthday present and I am left 50 with no extra controller and nobody seems to care or take responsibility for helping me to find a solution Can t believe this company can just treat customers like this and get away with it I have made contact with BBC Watchdog and my local radio station to advise me further

Very poor customer service from Chloe
Very poor customer service from Chloe and Siphelele at Game customer services after waiting very patiently for weeks for someone to be even bothered to reply then told to wait again I spent more time being pleasant and hoping for common sense to prevail to be offered a measly 10 gift card after waiting a whole month for a resolve needless to say they were kindly suggested to offer the amount to charity and say goodbye to any future business from myself Which was then quickly met with we d be more than happy to delete your Game account and is there anything else I could help you with today Absolutely horrendous thank you for showing your company s true thoughts on customer service Hopefully you will win the award for poor service for many years to come

Honestly the worst service possible Ordered a game by accident for the wrong platform Tried to resolve straight away I just cannot cancel this order The online bot never leads you to an actual person that can deal with your complaint Come on GAME SORT YOURSELVES OUT

Faulty Xbox Controller
Bought over years lots of gear and games from game 1st controller fell to bits they wouldn t replace it so called head office who called shop to do replacement Anyway bought a brand new Xbox console two weeks later the controller while online with friends it started with the jack was to big so the headset wouldn t work shop said nothing wrong with it because they would be stuck with faulty controller so now game have no head office number you can t phone them never will I buy from these scammers again

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service There is no telephone number They have the worst bot chat imaginable The in store clerk was completely clueless and unhelpful All I want to know is how to add my Game reward points to an online order That should be obvious but it is not Once I ve managed to use my points I ll never use Game again Frankly the company deserves to be eaten by Amazon It is unhelpful more expensive and the customer services leaves you wanting to throw yourself off the nearest cliff

Terrible customer service
Online purchased a game on offer for 39 99 and offer ended that same day although my invoice stated 39 99 i was billed 74 99 including delivery customer services investigated and despite me sending bank statement showing charges and the billed invoice i m still waiting for the refund of 25 00 which they promised within 3-5 days it s almost 2 months since their promise and i ve heard nothing despite another emailed request
