For context this was my first venture with dedicated server business and one of my only reviews on the internet I would give more stars if I were able These lads are performing at peak levels on every standard Web portal experience upgrades server performance you name it They have surpassed expectations on all of them The true reason to buy today is their outstanding customer service Some of the nicest hardest working and most generous people out there Pedrotski from their discord has been particularly excellent If there was any hesitation about using their service now is your time to let it go

Honest Review 5 5 stars for customer service alone

Not paid not forced 100 honest review I literally asked pedrotski if I could leave a review and where they wanted it So here it is I was looking for a valheim server to play with my friends I d never heard of this company but they were affordable no limits on capacity and 8gb of ram off the bat Great stats We wanted to mod our Valheim server and ran into issues and crashes because i m a dumdum Well I put in a support ticket on their discord and within 30 minutes Pedrotski the owner messages back and gets right to work They installed the mods for me walked me step by step through fixing things on my end through mod pages to see if things were compatible and updated helping me with my own files because I guess extracting a folder is too tough for me Incredibly embarrassing but incredibly helpful I will absolutely be using them for all my servers in the future with my gaming guild

Excellent and Outgoing Staff

The server staff and even the owner are extremely responsful and accomodating I ve used a variety of hosts for a variety of games and Game Host Bros have been by far my best experience Whenever I had an issue or question that needed to be addressed it was met with a swift response if not a resolution entirely This host is what a host should be and I cannot sing my praises enough If you re looking for a team that actually provides customer service then give Game Host Bros your attention because they will return the favor

Customer Support is doing work

After a server update I managed to screw something up with saved characters The support team helped me out in matter of minutes solved the issues and explained how I could both prevent this in the future and fix it if it happened again

Rented a server from Game Host Bros in Singapore Needless to say this exceeded my expectations From providing spontaneous support in discord to making appropriate firewall changes I was more than pleased Thanks for the great experience and i ll be back in the near future cheers
