I purchased a 250 controller for ps5 and the button gave out in a week and mind you I was extremely careful when I was playing didn t drop the controller or nothing do not waist your money and on top of that the customer service sucked

gamenetics is trash paid 200 dollars for a remote that keeps on breaking
so I had ordered an Xbox remote in March 2023 and it had just came in late 2024 it only had mouse triggers and it was pretty basic and when I got it was broken than when I got it back the A button was broken then when I got it back again the left trigger wasn t working now I m waiting for them to fix it again its poor shipment its poor building too I wouldn t want anyone to buy

The most disgraceful customer service I
The most disgraceful customer service I have ever experienced I ordered a custom controller for my boyfriend on 11 4 Their custom build time is 2-4 weeks Right before the 4 week mark I found out that my job needed me to relocate to another state on 12 8 I reached out to customer service on 11 22 letting them know I am moving and asking when the controller will ship and if it will not arrive before 12 8 then is it possible to change the delivery address They replied without addressing when it will be shipped they simply said what is the address you want to update to I replied saying please only update to this new address if it is going to be delivered after December 8th it has been over 4 weeks now so please check when it will be shipped before you change the address then proceeded to give them my new address I then receive a reply stating only I have updated the address for you This is where I started to get frustrated because they are ignoring half my request and updated my address despite me saying to check the ship date first before doing so So then I reply Ok but no one is really answering my question Is it going to be delivered after December 8th It has been over 4 weeks now so it really should be arriving sooner than december 8th Please just tell me when it will be shipping This was on 11 26 On 11 29 I received a notification from USPS that it shipped and was set to deliver on 12 2 which is a whole week before I am arriving in the new state The state is cold and the controller will be sitting out in freezing temperatures and probably snow for a week before I arrive I email them again on 11 29 and say how disappointed I am and that if my landlord cant hold the package for me that I need a refund It is now 12 4 the controller has been delivered and I have yet to receive a response My landlord is out of the country so they cant hold the package I sent 1 last email today and I am going to report fraud to my CC company and leave a review on the BBB if I do not hear from them within 24 hours Please save your money and DO NOT order from them there are way better options out there for this price point that have a competent customer service team

Got a purple haze controller that got cost me 250 just for it break in two weeks on right trigger Been trying to get in contact with no phone number no reply s to my email expect 2 weeks after I send an email 4 times with video this is sham Do not waste your money with these people

Not even a year and it don t work
Bought this controller around January which took 2 months to get used it for maybe a 3-4 month or so and something was rattling inside it was not dropped or anything I called and they told me to send it back and they will repair it I sent it back maybe 3 to 4 months later I finally received it used it for another 3 months or so same thing something s rattling inside it didn t work I emailed them and now they told me my warranty is up Spend all that money just to have something thrown in the garbage not even a year that it was in my hands and used Between the delay of getting it in the first place and then three to four months waiting for them to send it back after repair it s not been a year BS

I ordered a personalized controller for my son and they waited until a month later mind you their site says 2 to 3 weeks to tell me that there was a shipping delay It took me 21 emails to try to get a hold of somebody you can never get a hold of nobody then when I finally got a hold of somebody they didn t even offer discount offer to make it right Nothing kept telling me that every piece that I had personalized for my nine-year-old son they were out of stock they are the worst customer service They re very rude lack of communication and unfortunately I had to deal with my sons broken heart on his birthday when he didn t get his controller but that s OK because I m taking my business elsewhere This is the worst company ever I d save your money

I ordered a custom Controller
I ordered the controller and at first everything went fine They were very accommodating and let us add a total of 4 back buttons When it first showed up it was working fine for about a day then the R1 button was sticking and wouldn t come up so they said that they would fix it So we sent it in and they didn t even acknowledge it It took them over 2 months to fix it with very little communication Then to top it off they sent it to the opposite side of the country they sent it to California instead of North Carolina Luckily I had family that lived there and they got it I would not recommend their services to anyone

Never buy from this company full of crooks and scammers I have spent the last 8 MONTHS trying to get my controller On April 16th I made an order through the company By June 4th I had to contact support because my order didn t come in The next day I received a message that my order was on its way to me Surprise surprise when I get it it s not correct I m not spending over 200 for an incorrect order that got forgotten about June 12th I reach out to support callout to Josh who spoke to me and on July 8th after many emails of back and forth he says and I quote we can have this redone I follow through the process and after sending my controller back never hear a word I reach out FOR THE THIRD TIME to Gamenetics support on September 11th By the time this person was done talking to me promising an update it was September 29th I am so disappointed with the lack of integrity respect of consumers and horrible customer support NEVER buy from these criminals I don t have the controller I paid for or the money I spent on it
