Bought my G8 the 15th of August to
Bought my G8 the 15th of August to have it never delivered to my USPS GoPost Box because their logistics provider doesn t do that They flagged it as a P O what shipping provider based in the US doesn t deliver to USPS Units And they sent my package back within days of me not responding back because I didn t see their email regarding my address Attempted delivery for my package on the 22nd of August and they sent it back 2 days later on the 24th Below is a transcription of a chat had with customer service This is from today September 19th 2024 This is unacceptable 4 29 PMJesus christ man you guys cannot be serious 11 54 PMTodayDear your parcel hasn t been returned to overseas warehouse 4 10 AMWhen it is returned i will arranged resend it asap 4 11 AMSo then where is it You ve been saying this for weeks at this point 4 15 AMIt s about to be an entire month since it was returned back to you guys from PiggyShip 4 16 AMIt took 4 days to get here from my initial purchase But it takes a whole month to get back to you I m not buying it 4 17 AMAs you can see these people are not reliable if you sense anything weird with your order and they don t respond contact your bank and charge it back on a fraud claim then block any future transactions or charges from these people I hope you re reading this GameSir HK CEO Yao Ma you re business is going downhill

I ordered 1 month ago controller and still havenr came and the website says that it takes 5-7 working days and i have tried to ask them how long will it take on every platform they have and no responses

A pile of garbage
A pile of garbage no instructions and when you find some online they are just vague enough to enrage you I can not get it to link with my mac and no useable help or advice online Avoid this Avoid Avoid

Abysmal customer service
Abysmal customer service Their products are alright until they break like mine did The customer service team will reply quite rapidly but then proceed to immediately blank you when you start talking about warranty or refunds After pressing them for a while I got vague responses such as my colleague will assist you but then no followup I got so tired of being ignored that I even emailed them on my second email account stating I was interested in buying stock and surprise surprise they replied the next day When I changed tone and confronted them about ignoring my other emails their excuse was that they have too many inboxs to look at These guys are liars and scammers when it comes to customer service and requesting returns under warranty I m still waiting for anything to be done about mine over a month since my controller broke under warranty

Do not buy from GameSir
Ordered a controller through aliexpress as it was cheaper than via their own site SHould have been delivered a few days ago waited for 4 weeks didn t get it Contacted them no response Then contacted them again no response Ridiculously bad customer service Aliexpress said I should wait another month until I can leave them negative feedback but guess what I did it now Do not buy from GameSir

Item G8 Galileo became faulty after less than 6 months Gamesir won t help despite a so-called 1 year warranty I will never buy another one of their products and I suggest no one else does either
