GameStop for me has consistently had the best prices and customer service Their app is easy to use and their shipping is super fast sometimes within hours which is crazy Being a pro member has got me some awesome deals which I haven t been able to find anywhere else

I ordered GameStop sweatpants and they were delivered with free one day shipping I needed it delivered before Christmas and before flying back across the country The sweatpants are pretty comfortable and they have a rocket logo on them so that s cool Also the recent bad reviews are all bots that are spamming negative reviews check their broken English and apos for apostrophes Trustpilot should take these reviews down because they re fake and bot-generated As a side note everyone at work recognizes the GameStop sweatpants D

Last December I visited the US for a business trip and as I had a weekend off ordered two switch games and Gamestop clothing via their site They delivery came in time and their service that allowed shipping to the hotel was awesome Will buy again there as soon as I back in the US

Best company ever I like their customer service approach their mission and their values I really don t understand all these 1-star reviews they seem so suspicious they might even be written by bots and not by real people just to drive the company s reputation down

I signed up for pro rewards and was finally able to get the PS5 I ve also ordered new items from them such as camera equipment from DJI I was also able to trade in a lot of old gear for credit and use the 5 every month to get PlayStation credits Very happy with the experience

Needed a new switch controller on Christmas eve Instead of leaving my family I was able to get same day delivery and it was at my house within 2 hours Blew my family away how awesome that was No extra charge and it was priced better than any other retailer Highly recommended

Best customer service you will ever run into period I had called GameStop to see if they had a monitor in stock at a store far from my home and they were able to assist me almost immediately I had my online order fulfilled within 1 day even though it was going to arrive in 3 days
