Total scam
This is a total scam purchasing a bag and they sign you up to a subscription service which you cannot cancel within the first 24 hours When contacted I was assured I wouldn t be charged any further this was not the case You will be charged within the 14 day period it takes to cancel When questioned about why I was charged I was told a barage of lies This is the correspondence I received from their escalation team Hello I trust you re doing well I m reaching out to you on behalf of our Escalation Team addressing the concerns you ve recently raised about our services Understanding the importance of your time and the urgency of the situation we ve swiftly canceled your membership to prevent any further charges However to expedite the refund process we kindly ask for your cooperation in leaving a review on Trustpilot We apologize for any inconvenience but it s a necessary step to initiate the refund While our standard refund policy typically doesn t permit refunds we re making an exception in your case Using the provided link below kindly add a review indicating that I contacted you and have resolved the issue Follow the instructions to share your review 1 Click the link and leave your review 2 Write your experience and give a title and date 3 SubmitYour cooperation is greatly appreciated We value your feedback and look forward to seeing your 4-5 star review on Trustpilot soon so we can promptly process your refund Best regards VioletEscalation TeamSo it would appear that in order to get your money that they have effectively stolen refunded you must leave a 4-5 star review well that s not happening they can keep their refund I m getting it back from my bank anyway

Total scam artists
Total scam artistsI stupidly entered what I thought was a gift draw for a box of items from Temu it was on facebook got great comments from supposedly real people saying how great the free box of items was you only pay postage so I thought give it a go I ended up being signed up to these scammers they are a disgrace Avoid them like the plague UPDATED 8 7 2024 I have received a very long winded email from this lot today At the end of it They said they would refund any money paid if i change my review to a favourable one I will point out again I entered what i thought was a draw for a box of TEMU products and ended up somehow a member of this site avoid these scammers UPDATED 9 7 204 These scammers are hassling me again to give a better review in order to get my refund I have asked them to stop
