Poor shipping practices

Received my order was dirty obviously taken off a display as sleeves where still rolled up from merchandising the shipping bag was dirty and the garment was not protected in inside packaging Arrived a dirty crumpled mess Solution was for me to return the item and they would replace it but I had to do all the work and it would take a significant amount of time before a replacement would be ready 4-6 weeks zero apology zero compensation do better GAP
