Gappsi did our entire backyard our pool our patio and our outdoor kitchen area 4 years later and I continue to think they are the best in the business They are extremely reliable and excel in customer service The work product is top of the line friends and family have expressed the same and a few have already reached out to Gappsi for work in their years All of the different workers who have come over the years have been very friendly diligent and they consistently pay attention to the little details to ensure their service exceeds expectations Gappsi has been easily accessible over the years even to help with small repairs years later I highly recommend Gappsi to all

Exceptional Workmanship and Service

It s been more than 10yrs since Gappsi delivered an amazing makeover of my property The stunning paver driveway walkway patio along with jaw-dropping evergreen royal garden development provides endless enjoyment for the family with minimal maintenance In November of 2021 a portion of my walkway had to be taken down due to sewer main replacement work It was upsetting that the plumbing company not only removed the pavers of the walkway but heavily damaged it as it is easy for them to finish their work Once the water main replacement work was completed I reached out to Gappsi for assistance immediately Fortunately Giuseppe the owner of Gappsi responded to my inquiry promptly and made a visit to my house the following day to assess the situation On his visit he performed a thorough inspection throughout the entire property not just the damaged walkway then he politely informed me with details on his planned repair work and assured me that the walkway would be put back as before He really put my worries at ease that day Before his departure he asked me if I had any rainwater issue in my basement as he noticed the grass of my back lawn had grown higher than the patio which affects the water drainage I acknowledged his question and told him that it s been a headache for me lately but not sure what can be done to resolve the issue Three weeks later Gappsi finished their magical work and the paved walkway was back better than before The Gappsi team also repaired and replaced other minor chipped pavers throughout the property which is beyond the scope of the work Furthermore the Gappsi team raised the top step of my basement stairs to prevent rainwater from running into my basement Gappsi delivered exceptional work once again It absolutely exceeded my expectations Giuseppe s thoroughness and attention to detail is second to none I sincerely thank Gappsi for everything so I may joyfully enjoy the holiday season Thank you Gappsi Thank you Giuseppe

Gappsi is Great

Two years ago we moved into our home There were many areas that were neglected by the previous homeowner that we had to take care of One area in particular was our backyard The patio pavers were in disarray and needed attention repair I found out that they were previously installed by the Gappsi company over a decade ago Upon reaching out to Gappsi an employee named Jeff returned my call and promptly came over to evaluate the situation Once we agreed on a solution he had arranged for some other employees to respond and realign repair the pavers and seal them with polymeric sand Jeff was one of the nicest people that I ever met He was so helpful and understanding The other employees were also courteous and attentive The owner of the company Giuseppe was also involved and came to oversee the project I was very pleased with the work that the Gappsi company did in helping to restore my patio to its original glory Fast forward a year an a half later I noticed that the polymeric sand wasn t holding up I reached out to Jeff who previously told me that If I ever had any other problems to contact him Jeff responded almost immediately to my voicemail and said that he could have some workers respond tomorrow to take care of the situation Even though I was already impressed by the Gappsi company and it s employees I was still surprised at how quickly Jeff responded and took care of my problem Once the work was done my patio looked like new again The owner of Gappsi s once again reached out to me and wanted to make sure that I was pleased with his company and employees I took the time to write this review because it is so rare to find a company like Gappsi s that not only does a great job they also stand by their work The employees genuinely show pride in their work and want the customer to be happy Thank you for all of the work that you did and for your continued support Keep up the great work Gappsi went above and beyond If you re looking for a company that you can rely on and trust to do a great job then call Gappsi today 631 543-1177 Don t waste your time and money with anyone else

My wife and I approached GAPPSI to design a major project at our home which included the driveway walkways steps planters and retaining walls We had seen other GAPPSI projects in our community and were impressed with the design and quality of their work They listened to our requests The unique design presented to us was beyond our expectations Friends and family have all complemented us on our hardscape 2 weeks ago I notified GAPPSI of an issue with one of the planter walls Guiseppe personally contacted me and within a few days his friendly crew corrected the problem Not often seen is having a contractor acknowledge an issue and immediately correct it I rarely write reviews but this time it is well deserved I recommend this firm

Gappsi Paving Stones

Gappsi was recommended to us by friends In June of 2000 we hired them to design our driveway and walkway using Nicolock Paving Stones Choosing Giuseppi and Gappsi to perform the work was one of the best investments we have ever made The design and stone work was beautiful and absolutely flawless People have actually stopped their cars and asked us who did our work Over the past 20 years some of the pavers have settled causing some areas to slightly dip I called the office to set up an appointment for Giuseppi the owner of the company to stop by and assess the situation He arrived and looked everything over and said he would take care of it and drove off to his next appointment One week later a team arrived and removed and replaced hundreds of paver stones The driveway and walkway look brand new again 20 years later The quality of material and workmanship is outstanding The team arrived on time worked hard all day left the work area as they found it and restored our beautiful driveway and walkway paving stones back to their original splendor We are completely thrilled and HIGHLY recommend Gappsi to anyone considering brick or stone paver work
