I urgently need to set up an automatic watering system for my greenhouse and need technical information I tried to telephone but got tired of holding after half an hour submitted an on-line query a week ago and they still haven t replied Do they want to sell products or not

Waste of time
Waste of time Gardena sprinkler leaking and sent a video showing the issue as requested but the image is blurred apparently However very clear when I view it Offered to send the sprinkler back for them to check it but not interested I have just ordered a Hozelock sprinkler as it appears they are trying to encourage me to give up and I have now because this is not good customer service

Don t start with these
Don t start with these it is an unending expense Cut the end off your hose and you are going to get hosed until U buy a new hose Leaks fittings and constantly new and improved fittings at always up

Hopeless customer service
I have bought 2 robot mowers and wait to see if one or both need to go back I can contact their German based customer service line who pass my query onto the robotic team in the UK At this point I get no service I have spent hours trying to get this to work I have even sent direct messages to people on LinkedIn in customer service I really wanted this product to work but seeing all the other 1 star reviews I have little hope and don t expect a reply I ll get a refund on both next week if this does not change

Very bad customer service
I have ordered an accu trimmer that was not delivered but sent back to the factory Since more than 2 months I try to get a refund but no success The customer service is not answering questions regarding the webshop and the webshop helpdesk is not reachable either An email was sent to customer services but also no answer

The worst
The worst bought the Sileno Never worked well constantly couldnt find the charging station and then stopped working altogether Called Gardena for help who told me to email them I emailed them 3x without any response Total fail

RUBBISH RUBBISH RUBBISH Every time I use the garden hose I get so annoyed and frustrated by just how bad this product is First - when trying to unravel the hose it bends and twists so you have to stop and try to straighten it Second - after messing about trying to get the hose to unravel as you start to unravel more of the hose the stand falls down From outside tap to the end of my drive it takes so much time to unravel this useless product due to the hose twisting bending and falling down Take my advice DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS USELESS PRODUCT

My Gardena premium multisprayer failed after 8 months leaking all over I contacted Gardena who advised return to retailer which I did The retailer refused a refund and sent it off to Gardena the manufacturer I have heard nothing since Cowboys Will never be buying their stuff again No after sales support

Be careful ordering from this company
Be careful ordering from this company I just spent close to 500 on three of these retractable hose reels Upon receiving them I found that 2 of the packages were missing all the screws and accessories I have spent the entire day trying to get the company to send me the missing pieces I have made 3 phone calls and sent at least 4 emails in response to their questions The customer service at this company is as useless as their product is without the accessories Be careful before you spend the money

Poor quality of product poor response from customer services be aware
Purchased x3 identical automatic water controllers in May 2023 Stored all x3 units inside the house during the winter as from previous experience with other similar units they don t like the colder months and particularly frost I reinstalled them 2 weeks ago early May and all x3 units leak from the same area around the valve Contacted their customer services sent photos and videos showing the issue They took a week to reply when they did they simply said the issue was as a result of frost damage despite informing them that it can t be as i removed them all indoors and there was absolutely no chance frost would have been the cause Clearly there is a fault with the unit as all x3 units had the same issue Life is too short to wait for them to respond again so rather spend the time telling as many people as possible not to waste your money purchasing anything from them by writing a review here Poor quality of product poor response from customer services be aware
