I am upset about the way I received my plants the plants were all over the place half are broken not happy

My order has arrived today plants are in fantastic condition despite Yodel managing to batter the box so the packaging works well This has been my second order with Garden Bargains and I ll be ordering again In response to the negative reviews recently coronavirus lockdown period I m in a similar line of work albeit sending out very different products The last month or so has seen a massive and unexpected increase in enquiries and orders which has been combined with a much reduced staff team Yes my order probably took longer to dispatch than I would have normally expected and there could perhaps have been slightly better communication but things are in no way normal right now I m sure that the Garden Bargains team in all parts of the business are working their socks off at the moment to get orders processed and sent out I can completely understand their need to reduce incoming calls and orders temporarily to allow them to catch up I have confidence that they ll be in touch with their customers just as soon as they can Keep your chin up guys - it s all that we can do until we can ride this out Thank you
