I am cancelling
I am cancelling They are suppose to hand delivery which they don t But the worst thing is they don t answer emails so you can never find out when your food is on the way Terrible Will cancel as soon as I figure out how to but they don t give that option Be careful buying salads from them think they like taking your money but don t want to answer you on email

We ve been trying to cancel the account for a month and they keep sending us boxes They have no customer service utilizing only email and all you ever get is some cryptic reply We just keep getting their mediocre product and getting billed We ve begged them to stop sending their product but it still comes I m going to have to go to the extreme and contact my bank to stop them from allowing charges from this incredibly unscrupulous company I URGE YOU TO NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

The only good thing about this company service is just the food
I do not recommend this company despite that their product is quite good When I log into my account on their website the information I see never matches exactly what is taking place with the billing and delivery of my orders When I write customer service for clarity on what is shown on my account and what happened I am given an explanation that does not match the charge on my credit card and the delivery of the order Then when I take the time to log into my account on 6 23 24 to skip an order 7 days before it is due to be delivered to me on 6 30 24 I encounter another customer service rep Reina that stated information that contradicted what another customer rep Rodrigo wrote to me in a prior email conversation about my very first order with them on 6 23 24 that also did not make sense according to what was published on my account Right now due to their poor logistics I have an order today 6 30 24 sitting outside my door in 100 degree heat that I will not be able to get to for a couple days In short when you have to read-between-the lines to understand a company s services it is best to stay far away from them as possible This company has potential but they are not ready to provide consistent service that matches what they advertise and what is available on customers accounts So order from this company at your own risk

I am not impressed with Gardencup s
I am not impressed with Gardencup s quality freshness or taste of the food I ordered a couple soups and the mini Gardencups The chicken in each of the salads I selected was dry I found one dressng to be particularily lemony and over the top sour The tomato bisque tasted nothing like tomatoes - more like red bell peppers The salads overall tasted far from fresh and I tossed out most of my order Saved the cups - only good part of the deal

Terrible company and customer service
Terrible company and customer service I have contacted them three times about an issue with no reply Once they have your money they are silent Purchased 6 salads and lettuce was going bad after three days Are you supposed to eat 2 salads a day 3 days straight They do not remain fresh avoid this company I ended up throwing three of the six away which makes the three I ate about 24 00 each

If I could give them zero stars I would First it took over one week to ship my order Then my SALADS traveled for FIVE DAYS FIVE DAYS Needless to say I had to toss them I have reached out to customer service via email three times Interestingly enough there is no phone number listed on their website to call

Beware
Beware this company has no way to reach out to customer service and is a nightmare to deal with They charged my credit card for a delivery that was supposed to arrive on 10 13 and then never shipped the product No notification no information on why it didn t ship no communication at all I have emailed them repeatedly requesting a refund for that order they have ignored my requests and have now been daily sending emails about an order shipping to me tomorrow I have cancelled my subscription so they shouldn t be sending me anything else I am going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card

I wish I could leave no stars Be watchful of unauthorized credit card charges I was unable to see anything online called the number and was asked to leave my email address So I filed fraud charges on my credit card and now have to wait on a new card This product was okay but you can make your own jar salads Worst customer service EVER It s nonexistent
