I have patiently and politely tried to resolve two substantial issues directly with this company with no response to date Issue 1 Notwithstanding the Products are Distributed directly from Within Australia - I was billed a significant approx AUD 80 International transaction fee on my Australian credit card If I had known it was a payment to Sweden or if the products were being supplied from Sweden not Australia - I would have used my fee free international credit card My request for a note on the GG website to alert international transaction fees may apply and in the absence of this a one-off goodwill reversal or other option was ignored Issue 2 When I unpacked my order I found that I had Not been supplied with connectors for the extra hoses I purchased I notified GG by email that day that these items were missing with no response to date 3 follow up emails unanswered The GG website states The hoses comes in 20 meter 65 feet If you need longer easy just buy two We provide you the extension connector for free I live on an acreage rural property and can not use the hoses I purchased without the extension connectors I am sure you can do better than this GG - otherwise you are doomed as a business

No idea when items will be shipped or arrive

I ordered weeks ago One item was to be shipped at the end of March - nothing has been shipped yet as far as I can tell Waiting for a response The products look nice and it is an interesting concept but I still have no idea because I am waiting to see when anything will even be shipped A suggestion for whoever is running Garden Glory - give estimated arrival times for items and give updates If you dont know when something will be ready because of your internal production delays be more transparent about it Will I ever get the products No idea no idea when

Ordered a week ago from their website

Ordered a week ago from their website that said same day dispatch reason for my order One week on nothing dispatched and the only response i ve had is someone in the warehouse is Looking into it I ve requested a refund to order else where as I had a time scale and have had no response despite requesting this twice They debited the 185 on day one and never sent any order confirmation either so had to mail to to get an order ID Not great It shoulnd t take a week with no feedback when your order is misplaced lost at their end to get it sorted

The nozzle killed my flowers because of the water pressure and it came off the hose The company refused to accept a return or exchange Don t buy products from this company they are useless and expensive

Large Lion Pot

I ordered the large Lion pot on May 18 2023 I still have not received it 2 5 months later Every time I emailed asking about the order status I was told it will be mailed next week or at the end of the month I checked the website for this product 2 weeks ago and it said it is expected to be mailed in mid August I just checked the website again today and it says mid September They are selling a product they do not have
