I received a notice that my order had been delivered but I didn t have it I inquired about this on 12 12 22 You got back to me on 12 14 22 and let me know the address the order was sent to and that it had been returned to you on 12 13 22 I replied the same day and gave you the correct address and asked you to resend the order to the correct address 10 days later I still haven t heard back from you about re-sending I would like my order Thanks

Buy Gardenika on Amazon
While Gardenika s products are Very Very Good the owner manager of this online shop doesn t speak English as a first language - or - they have trouble comprehending basic subscription functions While setting up my account so I didn t have to buy their products on amazon the manager created an Every 3-Month subscription function specifically for me when I requested this length of time On April 2 2025 I ordered a HUGE order to last for 3 Months Over 100 Then on April 27 2025 Gardenika sent me another huge 3-Month order auto charging my credit card and totally throwing my budget into chaos I emailed the owner manager 2x and nada While checking what happened it appears the Every 2 Weeks Subscription timing was reset to my account around mid April I think the owner or its tech person did an update on the website that reset its functions to their default settings completely ignoring the customize settings for their customers like me That or something truly devious but I m going with unintended consequences here Either way the owner manager ignoring me was a bridge too far and I ve cancelled all of my subscriptions Amazon sells their products too Go there

Small hiccup but great customer
Small hiccup but great customer service This is the second time I have ordered from Gardenika very happy with this company overall and their products The hiccup started when I did not receive a shipping notice for my order In checking my account a week later saw that it had been shipped but for some reason the package got stalled in Wichita Kansas The tracking update remain stagnant for almost a week at which time I reached out to Gardenika for help They were very prompt in their responses and in the end after waiting a few more days we both agreed that the package unfortunately had gotten misplaced in transit They offered me a refund or to re-ship the order I chose to have the order resent I am very appreciative for the attention they provided with my inquiries and the missing package There is a little room for improvement on the shipping notifications I did not receive any kind of confirmation or email back from them with a new tracking number on the resent package but when I reached out to them again for an update they were able to give me a tracking number and estimated delivery date Even though there was a significant delay in receiving my order they handled everything very professionally and promptly and I m still very happy with this company and will definitely continue ordering from them
