Should have read the reviews before I purchased any plants from them I placed order for 3 x bonsai trees for a birthday present they arrived late one of the pots had 2 x big cracks in it they were obviously sent out like it I have emailed the company on numerous occasions finally received a reply asking for pictures of the pot have now sent these to them 3 times without a reply I have ask them to Exchange the damage goods for new one in pristine condition which I paid for they have failed to reply to the emails they are a very unprofessional company to deal with they have bad reviews for a reason they take your money then seem to forget about you I would never purchase anything from this company again read reviews before you buy from this company buyer beware

I can only say don t buy anything from them
How can a company like this continue I can see in other places that people experience the same as I did I did order by them and got a fully wrong delivery I have written to them regarding that more times but do never get any answer back So waste of money and waste of time So stop bying there would be the way to stop them

Delivery and plants were flawless
Ordered a large batch of lavender and hydrangeas but only read the reviews on Trustpilot afterward Luckily because if I had seen them first I probably wouldn t have ordered However the delivery to Denmark was flawless Yes the lavender plants were a bit small but completely expected for the price They were in good condition and beautifully packaged I will definitely order again
