Great Customer service I initially had an issue with delivery

I initially had an issue with delivery which is common with all delivery companies and my address I contacted them with no details as my email had been hacked and I had lost them all They found my order from my email and honestly couldn t have been anymore helpful Sent me out a second bike shed which arrived within 2 days and then followed up with emails to check the items arrival and if I was happy with everything The lady was so helpful like some olden days customer service and she went above and beyond to rectify the initial error which was the delivery companies not theirs Really happy and an absolute bargain of a bike shed

No response to contact about a problem with my order

I ordered a portable barbecue for an upcoming camping trip The order was confirmed as Charcoal grill 68cm folding portable outdoor BBQ x 1 The description clearly shows the dimensions as 66cm x 34cm The product that arrived was obviously a smaller version of the same product measuring according to the box 48cm x 31cm This was therefore about two thirds the size of the one I ordered and therefore not suitable I should have read the small print and seen that they do not cover return postage under any circumstances I should not be expected to pay postage to return an item sent by them in error I have tried calling and emailing to give them the chance to put the matter right They do not answer phones There is an automated message saying that they will call back it is now a week since I emailed and left a message Only another week before I go camping and I have heard nothing This level of service is not acceptable
