Alex on support has been excellent

Been dealing with Alex at support to get the system configured with some options we need to manage members accounts on our Epos Alex has been so helpful looked into various solutions and called back with them and run us through the options He also remotes into the terminal so we can show him what we might be struggling with and then he guides us through a solution Excellent support

As a whole company Gardiff clearly has a great customer ethos and each and every member of the team are always very helpful attentive and resolve the issues almost instantly We implemented this EPOS solutions because of its functionality and ease of use as well as the outstanding customer support we get so much so on the back of installing it in one of our venues it was a clear choice to completely remove the current and extortionate system we paid for from a previous supplier in one of our others and replace that with a Gardiff - ICR Touch solution All in all Gardiff are a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend to any small to medium business who need a reliable robust and effective solution to help manage their business The solution I am sure would also make life 10 times easier for large organisation however I can only speak from experience as a small to medium business A big shout out to Tom who has been with us from the start - always incredibly helpful diligent and proactive

Great Till System

Was looking for a till system to update our private members club with the facility to run a data base for memberships and control The Gardiff system is 100 a great way to go and the Gardiff team support is fantastic
