What a nightmare
What a nightmare What was promised to be something that would help us in our elderly years turned out to be a financial waste of money and has simply given us months of stress and disappointment We wish we never had it done as it still remains faulty The response from the owner was surprisingly awful he didn t like complaints and immediately changed from being the friendly person to not being interested when we begged to have it removed replaced as it was not fit for purpose after months of leaks in three different places of the bathroom If all goes well then that s great but if it goes wrong don t expect him to remove replace repair or pay compensation for months of stress endured when the job is still left in a mess Beware Customer service there is no such thing

Fab experience
We recently had both our bathrooms completely refurbished by Gardners From the first visit to meet Colin further visits with Abbi to the final fitting by Karl and Aidan everything about Gardners was first class Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of their knowledge and work was second to none We are delighted with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering choosing Gardners you will not be disappointed
