I m very grateful for my experience with Garmentory The staff was accommodating and worked collaboratively with the brand and myself to ensure that all parties were satisfied when I had a beloved clog that had a crack in it This was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had They really went above and beyond I was a big Garmentory fan but now I am even more of a fan after my experience Thanks so much for the kind emphatic service

Sheer variety of options is a big part of why this site is great Shipping with USPS and avoiding shipping couriers and by extension their fake customs charges is also huge The ease of use and speed of the site is also a big plus

I appreciate that my most coveted brands are on the site I live in Canada and while the duties can be a bit high I still find myself ordering from Garmentory as their clothing is higher quality and worth it If duty wasn t as high i d probably shop more on the site I also find returning items to be a process so have yet to return items But all in all Im very happy with my finds on the site
