Garnier shampoo and conditioner doubled in price and shrunk in size Agree with previous review the bottle its in is absolutely useless bottle stays sucked in when you squeeze it have to pull the top off and waste so much After years of using this I m now using Tresemme shampoo and conditioner bottles very good

Poor customer service Sheet Face mask faulty

Sheet Face mask when opened was in bits Contacted customer service with pictures etc said they escalated it many emails months later I was told they cannot help and contact the retailer cant believe the poor service received Be aware

The new formula of Garnier hair dye is horrible The light golden brown was actually a nice mix of gold and copper Now it s just muddy brown It s too thick for the applicator bottle Please go back to the old formula I hate the consistency and color of the new formula

Deadly products

December the 30th 2023 I purchased a Garnier fructis sleek and shine I put the conditioner in my hair walked around the house probably for about an hour I started to get excruciating headaches No matter what I took that headache didn t stop No matter how long I rinse my head out those headaches wouldn t stop plus I had some imbalance with my right side I understand How can you call something vegan that has so many deadly products in it Once again how do you create a product with over 30 deadly items in it and it says it s vegan lies you all have missed use this product put it on the shelves of stores and they get people to buy you put vegan on it I hope you all burn in hell My head still hurt excruciating headaches I didn t have this I haven t had headaches in over 20 years You no life no good will a beast blood sucking devils You are taking people s money for a deadly product I can t even pronounce some of that s on that box this is totally ridiculous I m going back to mayonnaise in my hair I hope you all your business go out of commission soon

Would give no stars if possible Used Nutrisse 10 1 Ice Blonde many times and the colour was great Then grew out my grey hair in 2021 Decided this week to colour it again using the same Ice Blonde and it has turned my grey hair an even darker grey

Virtual colour try shade results are misleading do not buy

Virtual colour try is misleading Used a recent photograph to chose a colour Purchased with my grocery delivery order the chosen colour Concerned by the darker colour on the box Re used the virtual colour try and put my confidence in the shade produced Applied colour and instead of iced chestnut came our very very dark brown I have been loading with customer service all day Gieven all requested information including before and after photographs and screen shot of virtual colour shade result and the response from Garnier than can be a shade descreprncy Sorry not good enough to tell me after the event

Hands down the worst dye I have ever used

Do not buy this product I ve been using at home hair dyes for over 30 years and always coloured it the same colour dark brown This is hands down the worst one I ve ever used The dye literally wares off after one wash and after 3 washes whilst using colour shampoo and conditioner my roots went ginger Not a good look The only redeeming feature is that it doesn t stain your skin too much and it smells ok but this is only because it s weak af The bottle of conditioner is useless too You cannot for the life of you squeeze the last bit of conditioner out so loads gets wasted Stupid design I ll be going back to using nice n easy I know where I stand with product

Terrible stuff

Named product Garnier Good Terrible stuff Awful to apply and has damaged a work surface and my hair Very messy and looks like sloppy yoghurt drips everywhere Takes ages to wash off but the conditioner help Couldn t keep it on for 30min as it strings the scalp Will not use again
