Have a few properties and used Gatekeeper for a time now each time they have found Tenants of good repute and for a Landlord most important that your property in the high standard that you endure to present as a Landlord you want to ensure the standard level is kept reassuringly one of the most important for all parties the property is and so far Gatekeeper has kept that high standard As in the initial stage as proper checks both financial and personnel and the dedication to get the right individual to start with and through to maintenance once a Tenant is in place I can recommend Gatekeeper s service more so as an individual company offering good quality service and support throughout

Totally recommend using Gatekeeper
Although I have never actually seen anyone from Gatekeeper the communication was always easy and transparent Alice in particular was amazing and understanding She explained every step of the way and had tons of patience Whenever there was issue in property maintenance was arranged straight away I would totally recommend Gatekeeper as your agency as they will make sure to help and make it as smooth as possible for you
