Mihai Hanson Gates HarlowAs a company I really have very little respect for Fords I ve had a terrible experience with my car and the customer relations department have absolutely no people skills ironically but staff on ground level are a completely different story I had contact with a few members of staff at Gates all of which were lovely However Mihai is EXCEPTIONAL What a lovely lovely guy He genuinely cares and goes above and beyond to help and communicates at every step This guy is a rare gem and I hope he s fully appreciated in his workplace

Went to Gates at Woodford was greeted by a gentleman named Ryan who was extremely helpful and friendly and found exactly the car I was looking for Ryan went the extra mile to help he even picked me up after walking in the wrong direction I highly recommend Gates at Woodford thanks Ryan

James is brilliant

James is brilliant top customer service and informative he made it easy to trade in my car even though we not long agreed the last one but due to TFL changes and me wanting to become a private hire driver with Uber he helped get me the right car and hopefully a massive step closer for me getting my hire licence Thank you James can t recommend him highly enough

Have never thought about buying a Ford before now But wandered into dealership and found James and my car He was patient and helpful as I really wasn t sure which car was for me He was very efficient and gave me a detailed handover which I might need a refresher on as no handbook available

Great experience a Ford

Had a great experience recently at Gates Ford in Stevenage We went in to look at options as my current car s HP was coming to an end The sales person Stacy McCallum was fantastic She was very patient with our many questions and was able to answer and deal with our options very professionally and courteously She made sure all the paperwork were explained in detail and that we understood it before committing or signing anything We never felt under pressure to buy another car although we did in the end Extremely happy with her before after sales service and would ask for her next time we need to do business at Ford
