Very helpful support staff no problems
There had been a small issue with shipping where an honest mistake led to an express delivery being delayed and customer support were quick to explain and refund shipping costs Everything arrived in perfect condition and given how friendly the support staff were I d be ordering from them again

Genuinely great customer service from
Genuinely great customer service from Fez and game arrived well packaged via Royal Mail which I find preferable to couriers due to the superior delivery options and my postie is a star who would never just leave a parcel on a doorstep So give Gathering a try the next time you re looking for games

What a great shop
What a great shop Skipton needed this and the shop keeper Fez knows so much about TCGs and board games They hold different events most nights so there s always something to do there Great to see some fun being brought into this quite little town

Excellent service from ordering to delivery
The initial attraction was the product was cheaper than other online retailers but I was also impressed with the description on the website and the ease of ordering paying I was kept informed of dispatch delivery details was very happy to actually receive the product only 3 days later in plenty of time for the recipient s birthday The packaging was just the right size for the contents which meant it fitted snugly within it without excess padding needed around it It therefore arrived in an excellent condition as it wasn t sliding around in an oversized box
