We thought the service given was impeccable Mark was very friendly and helpful There was 7 of us and he took us all to the airport we needed 2 child seats 1 for an 18 month old and another for a 4 year old So the appropriate seats were set in place when we arrived It was great knowing that our cars were safe and secure Absolutely recommend this service We will use again

Personal efficient service at good value for Gatwick parking

So unusual these days and very welcome to deal with a real named person at the end of an email phone rather than a faceless booking system The Flyparks Gatwick service was excellent - quick response to enquiry good value quote clear instructions to locate the parking and immediate transfer to the terminal on departure Had to wait 5 minutes for the transfer back to the parking on our return from holiday but given that our flight was cancelled and we were on an earlier flight so the Flyparks team had to reorganise for our pickup this was no issue at all Would definitely use again and happy to recommend to anyone else

We are SO pleased to have found Gatwick park and fly based on the sheer luck on google search It was cheaper than any other parking for Gatwick airport and also cheaper than taking the coach from Bristol for 2 people Pick-up and drop-off at the airport was seamless in a very comfortable mini van Quick to respond to messages phone calls They were friendly and extremely helpful and organised 5 star service - would totally recommend and 100 use their parking service if I were to travel from Gatwick airport again

Very efficient and friendly staff We parked and were on our way in seconds arriving at the terminal within minutes The return was equally as good and we were picked up within minutes and on our way home very quickly I will be using their services again real value for money

No complaints at all

No complaints at all We were a party of nine 2 families 2 cars We were running about 20 minutes late due to traffic but was told no problem at all A secure unit with clean Mercedes vans waiting to take us to the airport about a 12-15 minute drive away On our return we again was about 20 minutes late as the flight was delayed no problems called to say we had collected the luggage and by the time we had walked to the exit the vans were waiting Would use them again as was quite a bit cheaper than using the car parks at Gatwick and no hassle at all
