Excellent service these where the only people I could find that would supply a 2 25 metre diameter replacement parasol cover made specifically for a parasol sold by The Range I got exactly what I ordered it fits perfectly is the colour I ordered and came quite promptly In fact would say its better than the original

Bought grey gazebo curtains for a Homebase rattan gazebo match perfectly with the grey canopy cover and are excellent quality I had a faulty curtain with a pull that was the full length of 1 curtain I emailed and sent photos Ashleigh sent out a replacement immediately which matches my others Can t fault my experience and will definitely shop here again in the future

Re Order SY36677 Faulty Goods Partially Refunded I ordered two parasol canopy replacements On receiving them I quickly discovered they were too small and so returned them at my expense I emailed several times and finally after three weeks finally received only a partial refund Apparently there was an eyelet missing from the canopy I had ordered I wrote confirming I had returned the goods exactly as I received them affording GSP the opportunity to rectify their error They failed to and so my advice based on my experience is buyer beware Video yourself opening any package you receive Any issues with the goods are likely not to be refunded Not good I am afraid

I ordered a 2 5m canopy-got a 2 4m then ignored

I ordered a 2 5m canopy they sent a 2 4m canopy so didnt fit I also measured next to my 2 5m canopy and it was too short They first ignored my requests to return so I posted back at my own cost Tracking shows delivered 3 days ago and they are still asking if 2 people tried to stretch it over the canopy if I can send pictures of my gazebo what make model my gazebo is They are completely arrogant and still have my money for a month now Paypal case opened-DO NOT PAY ANY OTHER WAY WITH THESE OTHER THAN PAYPAL-AVOID AVOID AVOID
