Do not order anything from Benetton EVER If something goes missing in the post they IMMEDIATELY blame the customer not DHL who lost it and make the customer pay for it in the ENTIRETY They do not care and the customer service people will respond without an ounce of interest AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The worst customer service

Really bad customer service- I wish I had read all these bad reviews before ordering online I tired to return something I ordered online 3 weeks after receiving it which they don t accept anymore given they have a 14 day return policy 14 days really Benetton also doesn t accept exchanges it is an unbelievably bad customer service

I ve never seen a worse returns system

I ve never seen a worse returns system for a company which almost effectively means you can t return any items Almost feels like a scam I will absolutely never buy from them again and i warn anyone else from doing so either Benetton - fix your system It is not fit for purpose

Sooooo disappointed in a supposedly reputable company They make returning items impossible Their returns policy is so confusing Im sure it s done that way on purpose in the hope that people just give up Im ashamed to say I am one of them - their customer service is abysmal - almost non existent I wouldn t dream of buying anything from them again

Daylight Robbery

Total shambles - DHL return didn t show up then they said I hadn t provided invoice and sent it back to my home address and now won t authorise return They don t seem to accept returns at any of their shops either Will never buy from again

Goods arrived 7 days later still showing as in transit so Unable to return goods Returns form doesn t work Emails from customer service to say they ll be in contact nothing Contact number nobody answers shocking customer service Avoid at all costs

Online shopping is supposed to be fun and easy Ordered the wrong size fine send it back and start again Benetton have made things so difficult for customers it s unlikely they ll return This is the first order I ve had to ask for help in returning because I got so stressed I couldn t logically think anymore I personally wouldn t go through the returns process again so that s me done as an online customer The refund took far longer than necessary Returned my tops on 18th June received my refund on 15th July Tried to swap my polo t shirts for identical ones in the shop on Oxford street and they wouldn t do it

Shockingly bad customer service So rude when I finally had to calle them They just ignore queries through their forms I don t know how they re still operating like this Avoid like the plague unless you are 100 certain you ll never have to return anything or interact with their customer service team
