Fantastic service

From the moment we walked into the store just to browse to saying thank you and goodbye to the fitters we couldn t have asked for a better customer experience Lindsey looked after us in the showroom and at no point did we feel rushed or pressured She was very helpful and answered our questions Glynn and Jack arrived on time with a smile and just did an amazing job from start to finish fitting our new lounge carpet They were very professional and respectful of our home I would highly recommend GCW and won t hesitate to use them again 100 all round and thank you

Ben and Callum came to lay the screed before the LVT was laid They had problems with the levels in my floor but they rectified everything Their communication was fantastic and the floor is now fully level and so smooth They are honest and reliable and had to come back another day to rectify the problems which they did They worked cleanly and efficiently I highly recommend them and their work ethic

Just had 2 2 seater settee delivered couldn t asked for any more unwrapped it took rubbish away covered shoe s and very polite thank-you Aaron and liam also big massive thank-you to Johnny and dan for my carpet fitting and they even hoovered up for me never had that before

An easy process

When ordering the assistant was very helpful pointing out advantages and disadvantages of the different carpets but with absolutely no pressure The purchasing process was easy and delivery date very reasonable The actual delivery and installation by Steve was excellent and he also insisted on hoovering the new carpet when done The old carpet was taken away so I had no mess to sort out although that did cost 40 pounds I will be visiting again very soon to order some vinyl fir my utility room

My old kitchen carpet was taken up and disposed of on Wednesday Jan 3rd I did not get the fitters name but he was really good coping with a heavy table washer and fridge freezer all of which needed to be moved He was kindness itself I was feeling very worried about the extra effort required Today the new vinyl was fitted by Mike and Tristan these same items needed to be moved again and once again the same approach all taken care of in a very kind and professional manner The vinyl looks great and the whole experience from start to finish has been made very easy Thanks to all
