I bought a gaming pc for my sons Xmas last week but was very skeptical about the purchase to begin with geeknation earned this five star review after dpd s delivery system left a bitter taste in my mouth after trying to deliver one of the two boxes from one order the dpd driver was a third party company hired in by dpd and I believe the driver was trying to scam me out of the pc tower as the box stated what it was inside I called and mailed geeknations customer service number on out of hours opening times and got a call bk immediately Jordan was amazing from start to finish and totally restored my faith in the purchase from the company After changing the delivery dates for for the pc I received the full order with no hassles the following working day Merry Christmas to all at Geeknation

Amazing Company My husband ordered a gaming PC from geek nation as a Christmas present and he had no idea about PC s or what to get the customer service he received was brilliant and the PC was delivered on time perfectly wrapped so it arrived in perfect condition and it has worked brilliantly and is the right spec and runs all my games great I don t write reviews unless I would refer a company to family and friends and honestly I would recommend Geek Nation to anyone

Talked back and forth between different specs and guide prices I was thinking about which was great because I m not too up to speed with pcs so brought me into the fold with that which was great We spoke back and forth over a few days between designs and final additions and a week later it was built packaged perfectly and I picked it up brought it home and not had a single problem Thanks to the team again
