I backed their Kickstarter fundraiser
I backed their Kickstarter fundraiser and bought 4 guns but the batteries were faulty so they recalled them in return for a refund So I shipped them back on a label they supplied But the package was lost by the shipping agency UPS and there s nothing I can do as I m not listed as the sender Gelblaster promised they would handle the case and still refund me the payment Now it s been a month since the payment should have been refunded and they don t respond to any of my emails Don t be as foolish as me to buy from those guys

Does Not Respond to Order Problems
Had problems with a recent UK order The UK support email does not accept incoming mail Emailed GelBlaster com and no response back Have also sent two web forms with no response Very poor service

I do not think that the European part
I do not think that the European part of the company exists Mails are rejected and as soon as you mention Europe to the help desk from the com site they stop communicating with you
