Awful Need to have negative star ratings for them If you have an issue with a property they manage they will ignore you You can call or write they ignore you They take the money and run Avoid at all costs Useless does not describe them properly

No stars to be honest No answer to any emails or telephone calls over months and months no answer to formal complaint Failure to provide any sort of service at all in terms of customer service or property management where is the money going because it s not in the service No electrics in bathroom for 7 months still no response Absolutely appalling and this will be escalated Shocking shocking shocking

Real mystery as to how any regulatory body can allow companies like this to continue Won t answer or reply to phone E Mail and letter and continuing to charge customers enormous fees whilst treating them with absolute contempt What does it take to stop them Never mind Trustpilot- look at the harrowing reviews on other sites

seeking to take this company via a solicitor with the evidence i have collected from the NO maintenance they are obligated to adhere to Residents are paying a monthly fee for the up keep of a estate and Gem simply do not give any form of maintenance whats so ever Its basically stealing and they do not answer emails or calls and should not even be allowed to operate

Unacceptable delay in transfer of information and funds from Gem Anthem to newly appointed management company
We have moved our estate management from Gem now Anthem to another more local company Despite giving Gem the required three months notice they have not provided any of the required information or funds to our new estate management company Nor do they answer emails meet deadlines or give any explanation as to why they are unable or unwilling to appropriately support this transfer This is causing our new management company and the resident directors much stress and additional expense Anthem need to adhere to their contract and ARMA guidelines
