Highly professional and quick repair job Extremely happy with the service received and fast turnaround thank you Gemini I am happy with the repair to my vehicle which Gemini collected due to an accident that was not my fault I was unable to drive and they were helpful in organising collection The receptionist was very helpful and informative keeping me updated on the repair Car looks like new and cannot fault

I am 100 happy what the service i got from Gemini Stourbridge After returned my car i reported little bit scratches and missing of Driver side Mat They collected repaired what i reported and Sent me the New set of Mats So what ever i reported they repaired and retuned to me with 100 satisfaction Definitely i will recommend it

Smooth process Excellent customer service

My vehicle was involved in a non fault accident and my insurance company put forward Gemini Wakefield branch to do the Repairs The service we have received from Sue and Steve has been above and beyond even to the point of providing with me a courtesy vehicle because my insurance company who appointed enterprise to supply me with one couldn t And my insurance were no help whatsoever Once again thanks for the smooth process and excellent customer service

I have never in my 79 years experienced such customer service I was kept abreast almost daily of the situation and the times given for collection of my car and delivery of a courtesy one and the return of both was right on time The work done was so good that the repair looks like a new car I would give more than a 5 stars for them Thank you to the team

They have done an amazing job on my car I can t see any more the original scratches I had The people in reception were very kind and helpful They gave me a courtesy car while they were repairing my car The repair of my car took them only a day plus they have washed it and left it sparkling Very happy with the service provided and would recommend for sure Mariano Palomares

I had to use Gemini after I stupidly reversed in to a post at work I found the team friendly professional and helpful I had lots of questions about the repair etc and they were all answered fully professionally and patiently by the lovely assessor Steve I dealt with Amanda and I think Sharon on the help desk they are very friendly professional people My expectations were set appropriately I was kept fully updated and the repair appears to be of a high standard I would have no concerns if my car needed them again
