Vile creatures
I had to rush my wife to broomfield hospital She has a bad heart and is waiting for open heart surgery I had no option but to park as close as possible to the entrance as it was an emergency On my return to my car these callous despicable creatures had given me a ticket I was not there for fun or to do some shopping I appealed the charge and they refused to consider it How low can they go

The signs are small
The signs are small not well lit not obvious to someone who has not parked there before There should be some additional large reminder signs If you arrive in the dark the signs are not visible in some areas of the car parks I feel they are out to fine drivers

Fishing for fines unfairly
They issued me a PCN when I had paid and displayed I ve appealed but they now require me to post at my expense proof that I was using the sports centre when the PCN shouldn t have been issued in the first place They are just fishing for fines unfairly

I took my 90 elderly mum who is a disabled badge holder to stanborough parks twice in about a week even after registration of the badge via the number you have to call guess what got a fine for both trips appealed them they wanted me to send further information even though i had already logged it on there appeal so i did for both PCN get one letter talking about appeal is upheld with no mention of me calling up and had proof of that that i sent via call log lo and behold the other PCN appeal not upheld saying they did not receive the requested information even though i sent it off good job i sent it recorded and signed they then threaten with debt collectors and all that so had to go to the independent appeal body with proof of disabled badge call log plus also sent the proof of signed delivery only then did they throw in the towel Gemini parking if you are reading this you are nothing but scum and are stopping people from coming to stanborough parks u knew what you where doing and was trying it on as you have done it to other people thinking I and others would just pay well F U Gemini parking you are scum and may your bosses rot in hell will not be coming to stanborough park anymore which is shame as me and mum both liked it there

They are con I got a pcn try to pay through their website couldn t do it there is no option to pay only you can appeal Try to pay over the phone could not pay as they will not recognise pcn reference no Finally got through over the phone by then charge went to 100 pounds and they charge me another 15 pence for txt massage I don t under stand why Canary Wharf is using these cow boys May be they in it together

What went wrong They did and how they keep getting contracts amazes us based on our experiences We are a Day Centre for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Difficulties and hold a county council Blue Badge in recognition of the wonderful service we provide Three years ago we parked as usual at Stanborough Lakes in Hertfordshire as we had done for years then and along with many other Blue Badge holders at the time received a Parking Fine Why so long story others stated the same local papers picked story up and then oh dear Gemini Parking Solutions issued an apology admitted errors of changing parking regulations BUT had not issued on site new instructions All tickets for ALL removed Move on to May 2024 we parked and in lines with Gemini Parking Solutions now current instructions to register Blue Badge parking did as they stated Guess what 2 months down the line we receive a parking ticket as seemingly we had not phoned through registration for parking which I say again WE HAD So another long story we stated we had provided evidence of phone call registering parking as Gemini asked for umpteen backwords and forwards they say we did not we say we providing AGAIN evidence Gemini Parking Solutions Ltd the appoint a Debt Solutions company to get the now double increased payment from us So cut a very long story short we said we have the evidence take us to court we will challenge you and by the way which after our third letter we said we would charge then for our expenses IF they wrote further which they did GUESS WHAT some months later Customer Services from Geminin Solutions Ltd rang to say sorry but ye you did register your parking accordingly as you should have however our check of phone call registration is down manually and whoever did it misread the vehicle registration number you rightly registered we are cancelling the fine I asked for written confirmation she Gemini Parking Solutions staff member asked can you email us with request I replied what it has taken us several emails written letters phone calls to have YOUR error corrected and you are asking us to ask for you to email you Our experience TWICE is of bulling boy tactics keep threatening the other and they will for piece and quiet give in If you are in the right as we have proven TWICE do not Such tactics are not these days acceptable

Terrible system
Terrible system I ve paid my parking ticket and they took my payment Now I m being hounded by a debt collection company for non payment I m so stressed about this It s very distressing I m trying to attach a screenshot of the ticket on their Resolver they have an option to attach a file then you get a message you can t attach a file At my wit s end with this

No response to emails
I cannot understand why after 2 weeks I have still had no response from them to my emails They made an incorrect penalty charge which because I have a leased car was paid by my leasing company together with their admin fee and I despair about ever getting any money back from Gemini Just no customer service whatsoever Why do these companies continue to use them - I am now very reluctant to use any of the facilities at the Better Gosling Sports Park in Welwyn Garden City because they manage the car park

Awful customer service
Awful customer service If I could rate this a 0 I would Issued a parking ticket which I appealed as I was using the on site facilities They didn t respond to my appeal and then I started receiving debt collectors letters The PCN is now 340 and the debt collection company have given me a grace period to contact Gemini I ve called them over 40 times and have not been able to speak to someone Their automated service is designed to make you pay but gives you no opportunity to speak to anyone Scamming hard working people A trip to my toddlers football has now cost 340 00
