Worst experience with purchasing brand products
Hello everyone My name is Ali Nasoor I have contacted GenePro brand and signed to purchase brand items I purchased 500 items for 15k Serios concern MAP policy was been violated by over 50 plus sellers I ve been emailing brand for last 5 months Paying storage and hoping brand would get the map implemented After 4 months of waiting and bearing extra cost I decided to follow like other sellers Now brand is emailing and saying either we remove inventory or they file suite

Their MAP policy is just wrong avoid this company for any wholesale business Selling at cost Their Answer Thank you for the email in regards to MAP violators All violators were sent Cease Desist letters to ensure their listings are corrected As Amazon does not enforce MAP it is a process Here is how the process works We are required to send the C D in order to give the violator s the ability to self correct within two business days If they do not comply we then have to send a legal letter stating that they are no longer authorized to sell Genepro products on any platform and request that they remove the listing on their own again two business days If they do not comply then our enforcement group sends in the formal complaint for USPTO Trademark and Patent infringement for illegal sales of our products to amazon with all documentation of submittals of the Cease and Desists letters any responses signed agreement and formal complaint We are also now reporting those violators to DHS to begin the criminal investigation Criminal investigations can take months and amazon can take up to 90 days to make their enforcement decision The time frame on this enforcement varies case to case Depending on the health of the account and which investigator through amazon receives the notice can greatly affect the time it takes for them to enforce A long time store with a good rating on amazon will naturally take longer than a new store with no or low rating This is something that we diligently work on each and every day to protect your investment and our brand as every violation is incredibly damaging to us on multiple fronts We are very happy with our 98 MAP compliance rate across all Amazon Transparency listings The industry average is now 78 so we are well ahead of the curve and are in amazing position on the platform Please feel free to report these companies as well Amazon will not remove them but they do input these complaints into that vendors file so when the investigators dive into the case they see these complaints and that will help speed up the process in getting them deactivated and off of the listings Hope this information helps

Beware of Genepro Protein A Complete Scam I had a terrible experience with Genepro Protein and I want to warn others about their shady business practices First of all their MOQ Minimum Order Quantity is ridiculously high making it hard for small businesses to work with them When you try to reach out don t expect a quick reply they take over 15 days to respond which is frustrating and unprofessional When they finally do reply they only accept wire transfers which is a huge red flag There s no option for refunds so once you send your money it s gone Even worse they have multiple sellers on Amazon but they don t care about giving you the Buy Box The moment you sign their seller agreement they trap you into not lowering your prices on Amazon If you dare to lower your price they ll buy your product themselves and then hit you with a legal notice demanding that you remove your inventory and delete your listing from Amazon They threaten legal action with a massive 100 000 fine and even prison time This company is a total scam using legal threats and unethical tactics to control sellers Stay far away from Genepro Protein It s not worth the risk the headache or the potential legal trouble Don t get scammed like I did

total scam they took 4 months to ship my order which was partially delivered now even after 4 months I am sending them daily emails to get my order in full there are an extremely high number of MAP violators on this brand so I cant even sell the stock I bought unless I take a huge loss what a JOKE I wish my business was large enough to sustain legal fees to sue this business for these unprofessional acts and the damages and losses they have caused to my small business

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
Update This company clearly does not take customer feedback seriously First of all they fail to respond to customer emails regarding shipped orders Despite providing USPS tracking numbers USPS shows no record of ever receiving the item for shipment Secondly the item is still listed on Amazon but now they ve raised the price from 80 to 144 Instead of apologizing for their mistakes they make up excuses and attempt to shift blame onto their customers It s disappointing and unprofessional Very unfortunate experience I ve had a terrible experience with this company I ve sent multiple emails regarding order cancellations and inquiries but they ve never replied To make matters worse my recent order was a no-show and despite having a tracking number it was never shipped I also discovered that the same product is 40 cheaper on Amazon whether you choose a subscription or not Buying directly from their website feels like a complete rip-off It almost seems like they have separate ownership or management which might explain the poor service and huge price discrepancies Definitely won t be ordering from them again

Charged for orders never received No communication
For the past two months I have been charged for Genepro Protein orders that I have yet to receive Despite my efforts to resolve the issue sending multiple emails and leaving two voicemails I have received absolutely no response from the company I am extremely frustrated and now simply want my money refunded It s unacceptable for a company to take my money without delivering the product or even acknowledging my inquiries This level of disregard for customers is shocking and unprofessional Until this is resolved I cannot recommend doing business with Genepro

Soliciting new business while not fulfilling current orders
I subscribed October 15 2024 No tracking number received by November 6 so emailed Had to call them out on Facebook to get a response AND email another 4 times they swore I d receive my order by Thanksgiving week No tracking number no updates I cancelled my subscription the day before Thanksgiving and they refunded my money Then they sent a text telling me they planned to charge my account again on 12 3 I emailed both Ariel designated customer service rep AND generic customer service to say i had cancelled the subscription and don t charge me They charged me ANYWAY and as expected have shipped nothing nor responded to my emails While on Facebook I found a post by someone saying their website was closed down due to lack of payment They are still soliciting new business and running sales even as multiple customers are commenting on their Facebook posts and page saying they haven t received product and cannot reach customer service Stay away The company wants clarification of my complaint I read MULTIPLE complaints on Facebook posted on their NEW posts promoting a NEW sale that just like my experience the money was taken from our accounts but we did not receive any product nor could we get any response from geneprotein customer service Then when several of us went to the website IT WAS NO LONGER ACTIVE So we had no way except Facebook to reach out and try together our money back with no guarantee of success Geneprotein is still getting complaints about poor service taking money not shipping product and ignoring emails to customer service emails Not sure how much more clear I can get Because I called them out publicly on MULTIPLE POSTS for MULTIPLE DAYS IN A ROW they finally responded to ME and refunded my money- but I ordered in OCTOBER and my problems were not resolved until after CHRISTMAS and I had to threaten to involve my bank for a chargeback Just because I was successful at getting my money back does not change my opinion of their company when many MANY of their customers are STILL UNABLE TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK This company remains trash and if I could rate them ZERO stars I would second edit Geneprotein claims I m not a real customer I can provide copies of the emails sent the receipt from my purchase and the eventual correspondences with my credit card company It s sad that this company would try to claim that I am lying rather that FIX THEIR ISSUES I find it highly amusing they say they have no record of my email because they had no problem with it prior to me filing this complaint Yall are just shady as heck Your company is slimy and scammy and I hope more people complain here If folks don t believe me they can feel free to check Facebook- unless they ve been deleted which they have been deleting negative comments there are MANY consumers complaining Some who were subscribed for months but now are not receiving product and cannot reach customer service Fix your company and stop trying to lie You can bet I ll be sharing your response far and wide on Facebook and anywhere else that I see your ads You give shit customer service and then lie about it I have screenshots but cannot post them so I will copy and paste Tina Ramirez L 2d Do not order from Genepro Protein They are not delivering products ordered from November December and January They don t respond to emails and don t answer their phones Like Comment Send Share90 12Most relevant HeaThor BeeWtffff they re my favorite Ughhh2d Like ReplyTiffani MallieAnd to think you told me the order their product 2d Like Reply Tina Ramirez LangfordTiffani Mallie it was great while it lasted Kim AbelsThey also went up 20 from Nov I bought it for 38 in Nov and now it s 57 for 45 servings2d Like ReplyAmanda Childs BehelerNot returning my emails or calls either but took my 1d Like ReplyRebecca Rush ShortI m having the same issue ordered almost 400 worth of products and crickets TLI did a BBB complaint They re saying my order was shipped and I needed to call my mail carrier If they looked at their sight and my orders they would see for themselves that my orders have not shipped Luckily of have screen shots bank records and proof from USPS that they have never received the packages BBI ordered this on 12 13 24 and haven t gotten it as of yet Left email Took my money that day No communication No tracking number Really upset1w Like ReplySJBBB same1w Like ReplyView 5 more replies Write a reply VZSCAM - Out of business Never Shipped product still waiting since 12 3 No response from customer service CEO Brain etc Shipping contact said they don t have the product Will take your order online and not deliver
