Update Alls well that ends well
We received Generali USA coverage when we added travel insurance to some Airbnb reservations Thank goodness we did My 83 YO mother became unexpectedly ill and we had to cancel an extensive travel itinerary to care for her We had pre-paid reservations at several Airbnbs which were covered by Generali Following my electronic submission of some very simple paperwork they reimbursed us for four different Airbnb reservations and we had our refunds deposited to our bank account in less than 24 hours The process could not have been more simple A Generali customer service representative even called us unprompted to ensure we were satisfied and to ask if we had any questions We will definitely use their service again in the future

The process was very easy to complete
I experienced issues with payment of insurance by Generali and I m happy to note that their customer service department was very responsive to my inquiries and tracked the problem down to issues with wiring the funds They fixed the problem I received my funds and wanted to say special thanks to Tanavia and Vanessa in customer service who were very responsive and helpul
